Network Compliance Specialist II (Security)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Security Network Compliance Specialist to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:
- This position will interface directly with internal customers in the creation, deletion and ongoing management of physical badge access.
- Perform Tier 1 physical access management functions for our client's Managed Services' employees and contractors. This includes, but will not be limited to, working access requests, responding to emails from end users, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with operational staff to identify and resolve physical access-related issues.
- Interface with end users, troubleshoot and document issues. Understand technical processes and document areas for improvement and issues that may need further escalation.
- Assist Tier II team in relevant physical access activities, audits and other projects as needed.
- Interpret and communicate customer security policies and standards.
- Provide back-up support for related physical access management, such as customer access requests.
- Track distribution of physical assets.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Proven track record of meeting objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changes.
