Position Summary
Manages the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Communicates with lead Project Manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects.

This position will be responsible for managing complex projects/programs associated with Sprint's Network Advantage and Network Vision Programs. This position will require at least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects. Individual will be required to sustain a high work load with multiple priorities at the same time driving towards successful completion within Scope, Schedule and Costs associated with the project(s). Effective communication skills is a must in providing project status/escalations to executive management via written and verbal communications.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years project management or related process management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certified preferred
