Position Title Network Systems Administrator III
Position Summary Defines, designs and implements complex network communications and solutions. Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system. Manages network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, and testing.
Maintains availability on a 24/7 basis through actively monitoring Servers and applications
Assists application teams in supporting application installs
Contribute to planning and large-scale deployment initiatives
Works with infrastructure team to effectively plan for and provision server resources
Helps infrastructure team measure resource utilization and growth
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years network system related experience
Preferred Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Computer & Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in team atmosphere
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work in a demanding and challenging environment
Displays strong abilities to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study, professional training and senior team members
Highly motivated, proactive personality
Ability to produce with minimal supervision
