Project Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the administrative, site acquisition, land use planning and construction teams progress to meet or exceed project timelines in a cost-effective manner related to wireless facilities.
- Conduct and or attend weekly one-on-one meetings with cross functional project staff to review individual site progress.
- Cross Functional Project Management Tracker required.
- Assist in project financials including funding request estimates and managing/assisting with billing/receivable process if applicable.
- Coordinate up-to-date reporting of site acquisition, construction, zoning, and logistical progress for client via the Siterra database and/or other client or project management requirements.
- Assist in equipment ordering related to civil construction and logistical coordination with the CE Team.
- Assist in telco and power coordination.
- Supervise/Manage all regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications:

- Project management experience within three to five (3 to 5) years within telecommunication.
- Site acquisition, real estate, leasing, and or zoning experience is required.
- Siterra experience is highly preferred.
