Provisioning Specialist III

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Provisioning Specialist III to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

Job Responsibilities:
- UNI/EVC Ordering and provisioning.
- Receive notification from client OEM to release ASR to AAV.
- Complete UNI/EVC ASR in accordance with AAV requirements.
- Reporting of ASR acceptance back to client OEM.
- Engage with AAVs to resolve ordering and provisioning issues.
- Provide order status reports to client OEM.
- Remote testing of EVC logical layer Core Systems.

Job Qualifications:
- Two to three (2 - 3) years experience in this type of role.
- Understanding of ATM/Frame Relay.
- Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to all audiences.
- Must work with a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills.
