We are actively seeking a full time Senior Android Developer to join our team. Your first project would be at a Large Health Care Product Company!
Location: Kansas City, MO
Duration: Immediate - April - December 2013 (likely to be extended into 2014)
Travel Requirements: 4 days/3 nights at client location in Kansas City, MO; 1 flex workweek (remote work) per month after two months of service

What you'll be doing:
- The client is creating an entire new enterprise product line for the mobile platform with a new cloud-based backend
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise Java
- 2+ years of experience on the Android Platform
- Experience integrating Android apps with RESTful web services
- Solid understanding of networking APIs
- Experience with multi-threading
- SQLite on the Android platform
- MVC design patterns and development best practices
- XML
- Experience with drawing and animation
- Familiarity with Agile software development
- Strong experience with unit test frameworks such as JUnit and JMock.
- Version control systems such as Subversion (SVN) and GIT
