Description
This role is with VinSolutions, a business unit of AutoTrader Group. This is a Full time salaried role, located in Overland Park, KS.
We place an extremely high emphasis on our Implementation Services. As such, this role is critical to the success of our customers and VinSolutions. The accuracy of the customers' data we load into VinSolutions is their first impression of us therefore the Senior Data Analyst is a key role, managing the company's technical vetting process for all integration support tickets. Duties will include analyzing client data, configuring applications according to client needs, working with client IT staff to troubleshoot implementation/integration issues and coordinating all internal resources in the ticket resolution process. By providing key subject knowledge of the process the Analyst will take responsibility of meeting the ETA on ticket resolutions. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with Clients and internal staff in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources to deliver the Quality Assurance of the Data to our Clients.

Develop and define a QA process to ensure all customer integration issues are accurately resolved.

Daily Monitoring of all automated Integration processes.
*
Work directly with the data integration dev team to ensure issues in quality, needed automated QA tools are identified and designed to the specifications of our implementation and DMS teams.

Be able to analyze raw data files and processing flow in order to provide full documentation for developers providing the ticket resolutions.

Attention to detail in an area that needs a high level of documentation and QA.

Work hand and hand with development and dealers as a data analyst - detailed work with our customers data and process refinement and help build long term solutions.
Qualifications
*
Significant experience with Implementation/Integration processes and applications.
*
Communications skills to work directly with dealers, internal teams and development is a must.
*
Ability to diagnose, research and resolve technical issues independently or as a cooperative member of a team.
*
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results.
*
Knowledge of SQL and/or other database query tools.
*
Experience with an integration/interface engine or ETL tools a plus.
