We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience with network equipment, digital video, or videoconferencing applications. You should have experience working as a help-desk technician or support position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you!
What you need for this position:

- Good understanding of IP Networking and routing protocols
- 2 + years' of experience with VoIP
- CCNA or MCSE a plus!
- Bachelor's degree

Nice to have:

- Experience with videoconferencing
- MPEG4 or H.264
- Solid understanding of Linux
