Position Description:

The role entails, but is not limited to, the below tasks and operational processes:
- business requirements document preparation
- business requirement analysis
- communications with various levels of the business community
- review and prepare business process documentation, and recommend process improvements
- create and monitor KPIs for various business processes; coordinating with both on and off shore teams

- strong knowledge of the Reinsurance Billing and Collections processes
- insurance and sub-ledger processing background
- strong ability to lead work sessions and capture user requirements.
- ability to analyze, deduce, and document business requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong computing skills including excellent knowledge of MS Office
- experience in business analysis of large, complex, and evolving business processes
