Overview: The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to detail, and have strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide a central point of contact for all system change requests.
- Work with senior management to ensure key functionalities are understood.
- Provision all new users, provide system training and help enforce user adoption.
- Work with IT to help with implementation and Back End integration activities.
- Assist in developing an updated CRM governance model.
- Build custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions.
- Create & maintain fields and workflows within the application.
- Assist users with day-to-day questions, problems and application usage.
- Identify & correct errors made by CRM users.
- Monitor & correct data integrity within CRM.
- Create & maintain documentation, including policies, procedures and training manuals.
- Test all changes made to the CRM application.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education:
- BA or BS in a business or technology field
Work experience:
- 2 years experience in a marketing or sales administration role.
Technical Competencies:
- The ability to communicate information and instructions clearly, accurately and concisely.
- Computer literacy; proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- A basic understanding of P&L.
- Strong mathematical and technical skills.
- Experience developing reports.
- Experience developing documentation.
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Experience with a technology company is a plus.
- Prior ERP and/or Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements
The employee may sit comfortably to perform most of the work while using hands and fingers on a keyboard, telephone, writing, reaching with hands and arms for books, materials and talking and hearing callers. No unusual physical requirements are necessary to perform daily tasks. Periodic driving, walking; standing; bending and reaching will be required, along with the occasional need to lift up to 25 pounds.
