Position Description:

Reports to upper level management or executive. Under minimal supervision, performs clerical, administrative, and general office duties requiring advanced skills and significant experience.

Solves moderately complex problems and interacts with other departments to resolve issues.
Manages multiple departmental projects. Designs and maintains databases to track internal work
Creates complex reports that may require originating formats and consolidating data.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Answers the phone, takes message, typing as required.
Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Liaise with internal and external staff at all levels
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Reviews operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

Position Requirements
At least 3 years experience providing administrative support at a high level
Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Bachelors degree or equivalent
