Position Description:
Act as a liaison across GIFT Global PMO, GIFT Regional Deployment Leads, local project teams, central delivery team, and off-shore PMO support team.
Assist with the development of Business Cases to fund local GIFT projects in accordance with Chartis PMO standards.
Liaise with Chartis Global PMO, Local PMO, and GIFT PMO to facilitate review of Business Cases, setup of projects in administrative tools (PPM, HPQC, etc), establish tracking & reporting infrastructure, and otherwise enable execution.
Support local teams, as needed, across all project phases and tasks to ensure that dependent activities can be completed and that overall projects remain on track.
Compile weekly status reports; compile overviews of status for local, corporate, and other internal reviews consistent with requirements.
Work collaboratively with various stakeholders and project management groups to keep executives and project leadership adequately informed.
Manage the project issue, risks, dependencies management and change control processes, including compilation, analysis and formulating recommendations.
Work within the project, within each region, and across the program to resolve issues and roadblocks.
Coordinate discussions & tasks across multiple teams (Process-Data-COE), multiple locations (US-Local-offshore/CTOM), and multiple disciplines (Finance-IT).
