Position Description:

Manage capital projects in the International Finance and Accounting area. Responsibilities include: evaluating user requirements, provide recommendations for solutions, Develop cost estimates and cost/benefit analysis, oversee
and implement (design, develop, and test) technological solutions to support the objectives of the business units.

These projects involve communication and coordination with business stakeholders, interfacing systems teams, other project work streams, and multiple regional teams in various worldwide locations.

Insure adherence to Corporate SDLC and Audit processes, manage onshore and offshore resources, and be able to juggle multiple simultaneous projects.

Position Requirements
o Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
o Capable of handling multiple diverse and complex assignments concurrently.
o Experience with shifting priorities, demands and time lines.
o Project management skills including financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management
o Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
o Some experience managing projects in an Onshore/Offshore model.
o Experience coordinating with a formal Project Management Organization (PMO) across the life cycle of multiple projects
o Knowledge and experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
o Background in managing Mainframe systems is required
o Some knowledge of insurance industry preferred
o International or global experience beneficial
