Position Description:

§ Manages all phases of the Batch process representing the Insurance COE

§ Monitors the Batch to ensure all hand offs are promptly responded to

§ Ensures that all jobs have successfully posted and that no transactions are in a pending unposted status

§ Provides commumication to the business community when issues arise

§ Partners with peers when coordinating initiatives across IS functions; secures the involvement and participation of other IS organizations, as needed, to deliver high quality application solutions and support

§ Manages vendor performance and contract compliance

§ Advocates and enforces applicable standards, policies, procedures, and best practices in the implementation and/or maintenance of application or application modules

Position Requirements
§ Minimum of 5 years related professional experience

§ Minimum of 3 years related ERP Project Management experience

§ PMP or other Project Management Certification is desired

§ Managed a project team through 2 or more ERP implementations and/or upgrades

§ Ability to build relationships and manage key vendors

§ Ability to manage and coordinate all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

§ Ability to support a multi-site, multi-country customer base

§ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

§ Must know what satisfies customers and make customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team

§ Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
