The Senior Software Engineer will help in reviewing, estimating, and understanding all requirements that are suggested for the system. Creating the design for the work, and leading the team in the development efforts is also required. Have a deep understanding of programming languages. Attending and giving technical meetings with the customer is required. Writing a multitude of technical documentation to support the application as required. They will develop, modify, test, and deploy software application updates as well as assist in packaging and deployment.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Desired: Master's in same.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 8 years of specialized experience in analytically solving workflows, organization, and/or planning problems, designing and developing complex software products and applications, including minimum of 3 years as technical leader and lead software architect. Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with key software platform architectures including one or both of Windows .net, J2EE and three or more of ASP, JSP, web servers, application servers, and relational databases.

Desired Skills:

Experience with CMMI, Subversion, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, and/or the ability to program data retrieval using SQL. Strong technical writing and speaking skills.
