Candidate will be required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Microsoft Exchange 2010 in a large enterprise environment utilizing Unified Messaging. Must also be capable of assisting Solution Architects in recommending integration of new technologies into the existing Exchange 2010 system.

* Day to day handling incident/trouble tickets in ServiceNow queue, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for complex issues involving Microsoft Exchange 2010.
* Day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2010 infrastructure
* Day to day troubleshooting of Outlook issues; administration of mailboxes and user accounts
* Public Folder creation, replication and rights assignments
* Message tracking and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues
* Configuration, management and troubleshooting of remote e-mail access using Outlook and OWA
* Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange
* Verify daily Exchange and operating system backups and perform periodic restores
* Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot Exchange virus protection software
* Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot the Good for Enterprise Mobile Device Management Solution

Key Responsibilities

* Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2010 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, CAS/HUB setups, OWA, Outlook Anywhere, message flow and security.
* Experience supporting Enterprise Anti-SPAM products.
* Experience managing a Multi-Site distributed environment
* 3+ years of experience with Outlook, including 2010
* 2-3 years of experience with Good for Enterprise.
* Experience or knowledge of MS Exchange 2013 a plus
* Any Scripting experience (VBscript, PowerShell) and/or previous experience with other Exchange versions a plus.
* Experience with installing, configuring, and/or maintaining Microsoft Lync 2010 or 2013 a huge plus.

Technical and Behavioral Skills

* At least 4 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging systems
* Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
* College degree required
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
* MCITP - Enterprise Administrator certification preferred
