Position Description:

This position will be responsible for delivering business process workflow solutions using the Appian BPM platform. These solutions will be for a large multi-national corporation with development taking place in multiple locations

Excellent collaboration skills to work with business users and other team members to design efficient and effective business process solutions

Writes business applications computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems or questions

Develops statements of problems, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment. Applies knowledge of Computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls

Experience with Design, Development and Support using industry standard tools and methodologies

Works on a portfolio of projects; responsible to meet project objectives and stay within scope, monitor and track progress to plan, and manage personal work assignments

Adheres to agreed upon scope, timelines, and budgets; ensures successful outcomes through proficient time management and resolution of issues

Partners with peers when coordinating initiatives across functional areas; secures the involvement and participation of other IT teams, as needed, to deliver high quality application solutions and support

Position Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years related professional IT experience in application development
• 1+ years of experience with Appian BPM tool set
• Ability to architect, develop, maintain, and support BPM solutions using Appian.
• Ability to perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to support a multi-site, multi-country customer base.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must know what satisfies customers and make customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team.
• Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude -- adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
