- Provide customer support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, escalation and follow-up.
- First level technical phone support for computer, phone, network, hardware, and software problems.
Job Qualifications:
- Five (5) plus years of experience in Windows XP - Expert Level
- Three (3) plus years of experience in Windows 7 - Expert Level
- Three (3 years of experience in Windows Server - Expert Level
- Three (3 years of experience in MS Office 2010 - Expert Level
- Will require excellent customer service, good phone skills, high level of energy, and ability to learn quickly.
