Senior Network Engineer - Permanent

Yoh has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer to join our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibilities:

- Participates in Network design planning and analyst activities for the company by evaluating new technology for the organization through quantitative and qualitative methods. This includes providing highly skilled technical assistance in complex network planning, engineering and architecture for the organization.
- Develops and maintains the technical system and network baselines and standards.
- Performs complex network analysis and design, project planning, control, and implementation, as guided by the Network Design management team.
- Ensures all appropriate parties are informed of plans, progress, and status. May manage a project team from a technical perspective.
- Provides direction and support, and assists in the training of less experienced network implementation staff to orient them and increase their understanding of more complex network design, analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

- Ten (10+) years of experience in Network implementation and design responsibilities.
- Design-level experience in large data center environments.
- Advanced Route Switch with strong security understanding.
- Converged architecture (virtualization/storage) knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of the following:

- Nexus 7k 5k 2k or F5
- CCNP
- CCDP
- CCIE/CCDE
