Title: System Integrator
Category: Information Technology
City: Phoenix, Arizona, United States
Job Description: System Integrator
CGI, one of the largest Information Technology service providers in the world, offering a full range of IS/IT infrastructure services is seeking a seasoned system integrator to be part of our team in support of multiple clients hosted in CGI data centers in the United States.
In this role, a successful system integrator will be familiar with ITIL change management processes; internal candidates with knowledge of Infrastructure business unit processes are highly desired. The focus of this successful integrator will be to assist Client Delivery Managers/Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers by working with the technical delivery teams (network, unix, wintel, storage, facilities, etc) to aid in the prioritization and execution of required changes to meet client and project deadlines.

The candidate will also be able to provide feedback to management. The integrator will be able to speak to each audience at the right level of detail.
The integrator may also assist in the hand off of projects to operations, ensuring that the teams involved in the project have completed all documentation and made the appropriate level knowledge transfers to the operational support teams.
