Description

Job Description: As a System Analyst, the successful candidate is expected to establish and maintain data governance levels via system designs and processes. Must be able to deal with high levels of ambiguity, is comfortable providing new ideas and excels at root cause analysis and can help build strong business champions and data stewards. Work with Business teams to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Document business partners requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise business reps on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides, may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem. Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers. Systems Analyst performs this function as part of a team for small projects, this level typically requires a Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent degree).

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Knowledge of data warehousing, SAP Biz Suite, and/or project management would be an added advantage.
- Must have a high level of comfort working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- Has some training in SAP configurations and/or similar ERP applications setup.
- Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
- Highly motivated, experienced, resourceful and efficient
- Customer-centric attitude with experience executing and troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to multitask, manage details, and keep sight of overall objectives a plus

Must have the permanent right to work in the US without sponsorship.
