Participate in global information technology audits and support global operational and financial audits from an IT perspective. Assess technology and business functions to identify risk and recommended audit scope and approach. Develop audit programs and risk control matrices. Provide leadership in audit execution and coaching of IT and financial auditors for IT infrastructure and applications audits, end-to-end business process audits ("integrated audits"), and pre- and post- implementation audits. Assess processes and controls and lead discussions on process and controls maturity. Contribute to individual audit planning sessions with the IT Audit Director. Provide capability maturity assessments based on PepsiCo's Global Control Standard. Participate on special projects as assigned. The role will require strong analytical, execution, influence and presentation skills.

This position can be located in Plano, TX; White Plains, NY; Chicago, IL or Barcelona, Spain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Information Management, MIS, Finance or Accounting preferred) that includes relevant courses in IT technologies and/or IT Audit.
  • 6+ years of work experience (up to 2 years graduate education may substitute for work experience).
  • Big 4 or equivalent consulting or industry experience.
  • Broad understanding of IT, business process, accounting, auditing, financial analysis, forensic accounting and controls.
  • Hands-on technical experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle Financials (required) and SAP (preferred).
  • "Hands on" ability and experience gained from one or more IT functional roles in IT governance, operations, engineering or project management preferred.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CIA or CISA preferred) or graduate degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) highly preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time.
