Facilities/Housekeeping Project Manager
J.C. Penney Company, Inc. has an exciting opening for an experienced Project Manager for Retail Custodial Services! This position is based at out of our home office in Plano, TX. This position will effectively manage custodial contractors within a large (big box) national retail program.
Key Competencies:
Ability to effectively communicate in written format and oral presentations.
Ability to efficiently manage custodial contractors within a large (big-box) national retail program.
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
Thorough knowledge of contracts administration.
Demonstrated progressive growth in the field of retail custodial maintenance.
Establish and annually reviews process and work procedures.
Ability to train and develop field staff on custodial program.
Inspect and evaluate custodial condition of facilities.
Exceptional project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated interest in continuous process improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in business related field.
At 5 years management experience of a multi-facility retail program
