You're an accomplished IT manager, with a passion for partnering with business clients to understand needs and requirements, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality, cost-efficient services to customers. You want to be at the forefront of implementing new technology solutions, you love mentoring others, and driving results through project teams. As a Capital One IT Manager, you will have accountability for the day-to-day implementation of work to ensure top-notch delivery of our products and services to customers and consumers. You will manage applications and customer expectations, and have the opportunity to recommend innovative solutions and improvements to processes, projects and services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to enhance performance and achieve targets. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Measure and track performance.
- Contribute to and implement standards and changes to systems and processes.
- Assist in performing process quality and compliance audits.
- Supports enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.
- Monitor service level agreements to maximize value to the business.
- Recommend buy vs. build decisions.
- May manage up to 3 associate/contractor resources

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- 2 Years of Project Management experience
- Proficient in MS Project
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience in Team lead or manager
- 2 years of experience in IT Development
- 1 year of experience in IT Project Management

Candidate should preferably have Data Modeling experience on any SQL based platform (Terdata, Oracle e.t.c) (3+ years). Data Management experience required ( 3+ years) & Data Projects Management experience required (3+yrs)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/MIS or Science
- 2 years of experience in Team lead or manager
- 5 years of experience in IT Development
- 2 years of experience in IT Project Management
