Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
High potential candidate to deliver management, support and implementation expertise for YRI's centralized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise One (E1). Engage and contribute strategic guidance and insights for all ERP processes throughout YRI. Current system has both financial and distribution suites operating on E1 platform.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:
*Possess and demonstrate expert knowledge of the Oracle JDEdwards (JDE) Enterprise One (E1) application environment to provide overall application support for multiple countries (15 - 17) with competing priorities and varying severity levels. The application modules required are General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order.. Manage client expectations across multiple language barriers and time zones.

*Lead projects working with in-country subject matter experts and third party consultants. Identify best practice solutions to broaden the functionality and benefits derived from the JDE E1 ERP system install base. Provide business process analysis and JDE E1 application configuration expertise. Transfer knowledge to consultants and in-country resources on defined standard processes. Lead user acceptance testing and training initiatives. Manage client expectations across multiple language barriers and time zones.

*Provide conversion and interface expertise for new market and new module installations on E1. Develop and implement best practice solutions for business processes and integration through the utilization of E1 functionality. Transfer knowledge to in-country resources and train on defined processes.

*Demonstrate E1 technical specification development capabilities and provide support on multiple interfaces and reporting requirements.

Demonstrate project management techniques including time estimates, resource allocation, status updates and deadlines to identify and resolve issues and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
10-12 years experience in Information Technology field
8-10 years experience with Oracle Enterprise One (formerly JDEdwards Oneworld)
3-5 years project management experience, including timelines and client expectations
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and proven ability to make trade-off decisions
Comfortable managing end user client expectations

Travel Required (20%-30%, international travel)
Foreign language a plus
