The Project Manager is an integral part of the corporate testing team, whose objective is to drive sales and margin utilizing multi-variable testing. Responsibilities include facilitating corporate testing process via gathering test ideas, helping teams prioritize the test, developing the best test structure, fully documenting the test plan, ensuring execution of tested ideas, and delivering results back to the function. This individual will be comfortable working throughout the organization at many levels as well as interfacing with external testing vendor and will have a high level of visibility. A strong level of communication and influencing skill are required.

Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate brainstorming sessions with business functions to gather test ideas
Help functions prioritize and schedule testing
Work with external vendor to design test
Estimate scope, resources needed, and cost to execute test, with assistance from the business
Keep track of all ongoing tests
Provide detailed test instructions to function
Follow up with function(s) to ensure execution as planned
Deliver results and recommendations back to team
Identify potential future test ideas

Core Capabilities & Accomplishments:
2-5 years experience managing cross-organizational projects
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Logical thinker, capable of understanding complex testing process
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in design of experiments and multi-variable testing preferred, but not required
