Description:
SAIC is seeking a Project Manager with an Active Secret Clearance for a client location in Quantico, VA.

- Project management for this contract entails services support across a wide range of subject areas relating to assisting in key educational and planning issues, policy, training, and product development. The scope of this effort entails technical, analytical, and programmatic support to implement and sustain mission capabilities through execution of critical requirements derived from a comprehensive program capability to incorporate Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) criteria with evolving measures of performance and effectiveness (MOPs/MOEs).
- Provide continuous quality support to TECOM, understanding of the priorities and emerging issues within TECOM mission areas, and capability to execute a comprehensive approach ensuring quality performance and use of staff resources to meet objectives.
- Managing task order, performance-based work requirements; assuring consistent quality of performance; and handling matters of staffing and resource balancing and ensuring complementary roles between the contractors and government staff.
- Project Managers will interface with TECOM government and SAIC corporate leadership, team members, program staff, quality assurance (QA), and will directly supervise task order leads.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that personnel perform work efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer requirement through direct daily contact and feedback with customer
- Overseeing the implementation of SAIC quality control procedures, systems and processes
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of deliverables, travel request, program reviews and invoices.
- Apply a structured project management approach, using documented procedures, standardized templates, task execution tools, and a method for continuous process improvement to deliver a consistent, quality performance-based product.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing task order, performance-based work requirements; assuring consistent quality of performance; and handling matters of staffing and resource balancing and ensuring complementary roles between the contractors and government staff.
- Active Secret Clearance
