This team consistently dismantles unnecessary barriers and their current focus is the evolution of game services for next-gen development. Would you like to be part of this promising beginning?

Tasks/Accountabilities:

  • Work directly on premier published titles
  • Interact closely with core internal partners and world-class external game studios
  • Create service frameworks for new and exciting game features
  • Assist in shaping the future of rapid iteration for game services

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to smoothly transition between project-needs
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of service-based software engineering
  • Ability to write Azure services using SQL or Azure storage
  • Knowledge of Azure Media foundation
  • Ability to write a service that can send web sockets or UDP protocols
  • Ability to create HTML5/JavaScript frameworks
  • Ability to work on both a game client (C++) and in a service (JavaScript, C#)
  • Strong debugging skills
  • Strong organizational and team skills
  • Experience in AAA game development and/or console-based game development strongly preferred

This contract position is expected to be 4 months in duration.
