Having already shipped Office on Windows Phone 8 - a key milestone that highlights the importance of our first-and-best on Windows strategy. As MOD moves to focusing on the next Office, Office applications will need to preserve consistency in functionality as they ride across a continuum of form factors, while still differentiating themselves enough to embrace the target platform they run on.

We are interested in hiring a smart, motivated and technical Program Manager to help us define and build the new feel and functionality of the next Office on Windows Phone. Furthermore, you will also get to influence the design and development of similar apps on other mobile platforms. This will be a very visible PM role with opportunities to drive thought leadership and collaboration across the whole Office (MOD) organization, with Windows and Windows Phone. We are seeking smart, motivated and committed Program Managers with passion for technical work. Beyond working on the core applications, there is also a lot of opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in core engineering areas, trustworthy computing, Office telemetry and Application Dogfood and Delivery. We are growing fast and need some top PM talent to help drive our vision.

The ideal candidate will have
At least 3 years of Program Management experience
Passion for the mobile space and smartphones
Great communication and collaboration skills
BS/BA or equivalent degree
Desire to work in a startup-like agile environment on new platforms
Experience designing, developing and shipping high quality mobile applications
