The Office Client Services Just-in time, Experimentation, Telemetry and Services (JETS) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help drive the transformation of Office from a client business to a services and devices business. The Office Client Services JETS team drives the service delivery, telemetry and experimentation capabilities that power a wide range of Office services, including the Office Web Apps, Office.com. Going forward, we are investing in innovative new scenarios and technologies in partnership with Windows Azure and teams across the entire Office division. We have an immediate need for an experienced Program Manager to drive our investments in the service delivery fabric.
This Program Manager role will be responsible for defining and delivering the technical roadmap, features, and service model of new service delivery and management infrastructure to support the service delivery needs of teams across the Office division. This is a challenging position that involves product development across exciting new feature areas; cross-group coordination with other teams across the Office division; and driving multi-discipline projects across releases. Position responsibilities include leading multiple features teams, producing functional specifications, presenting in a technical role to a wide range of audiences, and collaborating with Office Client Services JETS leadership to build the multi-release roadmap for the service delivery fabric.

The following qualifications are required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline 5+ years' experience in the software or IT industry managing software development projects

Strong written and oral communication skills, Demonstrated success building strong relationships and delivering results in cross-group projects.
Experience in web service development projects.
Contributed to Large Scale Data Center infrastructure services.
