The Office Web Apps team is hiring! The Web Apps organization is at the center of Office's Software + Services transformation. Working with partners across Office and beyond, we are on a mission to deliver best-in-class Office Web Applications that expand the reach of the traditional client apps in a wide variety of innovative ways. At the same time, we are also providing thought leadership while aggressively innovating to deliver best-in-class service engineering including investments in testing in production, synthetic and real user monitoring, flighting and experimentation.

From designing never-before-seen features to building a robust infrastructure that spans client, server, we have numerous challenges. Program Managers on our team work hand-in-hand with Development, Testing, and Operations and own their features from end to end, being responsible for planning, designs, and specifications. Our partners span inside and outside the Office organization offering many opportunities for cross-group and cross-discipline work. The team is looking for a strong program manager. The job will entail designing features, driving product strategy, coordinating project management, and leading engineering efforts.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
-Deep passion for customers, design thinking, and technology
-Outstanding cross-discipline collaboration skills
-Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver outstanding results in fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Service experience would be a plus
-3+ years of relevant experience in the high-tech industry
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
