Overview
Windows Azure is poised for explosive growth as Microsoft's cloud platform. The Windows Azure Infrastructure Team is at the helm of that growth, directing our engineering investments and partnerships across the Windows Azure platform to manage our infrastructure portfolio, and expand into new markets.

We are seeking a strong senior program manager who will help us operationalize Windows Azure presence in new global markets. You will work across divisions and disciplines to build and drive our global datacenter strategy. You will work directly with internal and external partners to identify market-specific requirements and nuances for establishing Windows Azure presence in new geographies. You will manage the project end-to-end, and work across teams to drive business and engineering investments to meet those requirements. In this highly visible role, you will identify tradeoffs, work across disciplines and divisions, balance tactical and strategic initiatives, drive decisions, present to executives, work with customers and partners. You will point to continents and regions on the map and be able to say "I drove Windows Azure presence there."

Experience and Qualification
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field
- Experience working on international projects a plus
