Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for an opportunity to drive planning, building and delivering one of the largest-scale cloud services responsible for protecting millions of messages every day? The Exchange Online Protection Datacenter team is looking for an experienced and motivated Program Manager to drive core datacenter capabilities for the service. You'll not only contribute daily to delivering one of the largest Cloud Services, though will also be exposed to the core infrastructure for Office 365. You'll work on integral areas of running a cloud service to include capacity planning, disaster recovery, network management and compliance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced program manager with a strong track record of shipping and a proven ability to partner across operations, test, development, and program management to accomplish business and engineering goals. Will have demonstrated experience in understanding complex architecture, building relationships, driving engineering teams, and coordinating with partners. Will be passionate about the opportunity to come in and help shape the infrastructure across Office 365. Key skills and qualifications: -You are a genuine self-starter, who proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions and drives a team to address them. -You are a strong technical PM who has a track record of successfully designing and delivering sophisticated products and preferably infrastructure products. -You are a well-rounded PM demonstrating customer empathy, strong communication, cross-group collaboration, skills, creativity, organizational and management agility. -Strong project management and driving skills, effectively managing projects with and without direct authority and working across multiple teams. -Minimum 3 years of experience driving all aspects of the software lifecycle in shipping products and/or software as a service (experience building online services is a big plus) -Understanding of cloud-scale infrastructure and networking devices is a plus. -Experience with driving disaster recovery plans across multiple, geographically distributed datacenters is beneficial. -A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline is required.
