A new v1 team in the Microsoft Office Division is looking for an exceptional customer-centric Senior PM to lead new scenario development for Office.

We want a standout Senior PM who is motivated, collaborative, and proven. As Senior PM on the user experience team, your primary role is to deeply understand customer needs and delights, translate them into prioritized scenarios and modern experience solutions, and lead a cross-discipline agile crew to rapidly innovate and deliver on that promise.

Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of a Matrix of scenarios
- Define and deliver detailed specifications for your feature areas from beginning to end
- Lead the development and test team through timely execution
- Collaborate with partner teams across Office and Microsoft
- Exemplify and foster a culture of being agile, innovative, team-oriented, and customer focused

Requirements:
- 6+ years in program management
- Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces
- Understand the customer, design, and development landscape and make the right tradeoffs to align with business strategy
- Skilled at building high-functioning working relationships
- Excellent skills to plan and manage multiple projects concurrently to deliver outstanding results in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deep passion for customers, design thinking, and technology
