Responsibilities for this role include:
Strong collaboration with the program management and Development teams to drive testing of your features and working with other teams to ensure comprehensive but not duplicate coverage.
Ensuring that our technologies meet the customer requirements (through specification contribution and design reviews), are high quality implementation, and are of high performance and reliability (through the development of stress, performance and scalability tests).
Designing and developing solid and extensible automated test suites as needed.
Strong contribution to team code reviews and architectural reviews
Desire to drive org-wide initiatives
Reporting directly to the Test Manager

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years industry experience in developing, testing, and shipping
- 3+ software products
- 5+ years of C# or C++ coding experience
- BS/MS degree in computer science, mathematics/physics or engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent ability and strong desire to provide technical leadership (on both the product and test engineering sides)
- The ability to understand abstract technical problems and concrete end-user scenarios and bridge gaps between them
- The ability to design, write, and coach others on test code development in C++ and C#
