Technical Support Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer to join our client in Redmond, WA.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing our customers with quality technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, assisting with software installation and training new customers.

Job Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have four (4) years of prior technical support experience, three (3) years experience with Windows, and SQL, previous OpenVMS experience and Unix/Linux experience.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Prior experience with JDBC, ODBC and/or OLE DB would be a plus.
