Analyzes complex business requirements and translates them into technical specifications for implementation to web applications. Manages successful completion of small to medium size cross-functional projects through design, testing and implementation. Provides technical expertise in evaluating and developing creative web solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements and business needs. Ensures website remains consistent with organizational goals by adhering to development standards. Leads system and user acceptance testing and implementation of enhancements and fixes. Provides web application consultation to business partners.

Develops, tests, and maintains high-performance, innovative, customer-facing web applications for the Digital organization. Analyzes project requirements to determine site impacts and implements requested enhancements to the site user interface according to requirements and consistent with the organization's technical standards and architecture. Provides technical expertise in evaluating and developing creative web solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements and business needs. Contributes to discussions and initiatives related improving customer experience, usability, latest web technologies. Ability to work with multiple departments within Sprint, such as IT, marketing, advertising, design, vendors, and content professionals.Expertise in:
HTML5
XHTML
CSS 2.0/3.0
JavaScript
JQuery, including extending libraries
Ajax
Browser rendering nuances for Chrome, Firefox and IE

Position will require working late nights and weekends during web project releases and program launches and troubleshooting.
. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
• Two years programming and/or Web Development Experience

Preferred Qualifications

5-8 years web development experience meeting above requirements mandatory.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and to occasionally work outside standard work schedule necessary. Requires effectiveness in working independently, as well as with peers and various types of stakeholders. Good written and verbal communication skills needed.

Familiarity with platform integration with 3rd party products, like ATG and TeamSite and exposure to JSP, client/server and service oriented application architectures a plus but not mandatory.
