Duties and Responsibilities:

CACI has a contingent opening for a Program Manager (Technical) to support the NUWC Code 34 Periscope DEPOT in Tiverton, RI. Duties include:
- Provide management support and participate in Program Reviews providing program status to Government representatives
- Provide Quality Assurance ensuring technically accurate 100%
- Manage Depot Operations
- Manage SUBSAFE reporting requirements
- Manage repair and restoration projects
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
- Manage Controlled Material Handler

Required Qualifications:
- Ten to twelve years related Project Management experience
- Fours to six years experience in Project Management with responsibility of Navy Depot operations to include repair and restoration supervising at least 8 personnel
- Six to eight years experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple programs simultaneously
- In-Depth experience in managing SUBSAFE requirements and reporting
- Background: supervision, cost, estimating, quality control, material control, employee recruitment, training, safety, security, EEO, and cost efficiency program practices and procedures
- Experience (last 6 years) in the following:
- Periscopes Photonics Electro-Optics Electromagnetic systems
- Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance

Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Navy DEPOT process reporting
- Familiarity with Navy Risk Management
- Familiarity with NUWC Code 34
- Familiarity with Controlled Work Packages and Formal Work Packages
