The Flexjet 25 Jet Card program is operated under Part 135 by U.S. air carrier Jet Solutions, LLC. Flexjet acts as an agent for Jet Solutions, LLC, in connection with the Flexjet 25 Jet Card program. Flexjet acts as an agent for the customer for the on-demand charter brokerage program in arranging transportation operated under Part 135 by U.S. air carriers.

Position Summary: The IT Database Developer performs database development and database administrative activities across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for creating and overseeing data models and stored procedures, as well as implementing, troubleshooting and supporting database solutions.

In your role, you will:

- Adhere to site General Work Requirements
- Perform basic to common technical tasks and functions related to database development and support, and increasingly more difficult or complex technical tasks as expertise is built
- Perform basic to intermediate-level troubleshooting of problems relating to databases
- Perform analysis, design, coding, debugging/testing of new or revised database solutions; assist with deployment activities
- Administer, monitor, support, configure and maintain database software and services
- Perform system back-up and recovery tasks for databases
- Build and maintain documentation of technical aspects of creating or modifying databases
- Test relevant business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Collaborate with business units, other technology areas and vendors to identify and analyze solution options
- Assist in formulating technical specifications for databases to meet functional needs and IT standards
- Participate in applicable phases of relevant project activities involving new/revised business applications, and communicate status on a regular basis
- Participate as needed with third-party vendors to configure and implement externally acquired database solutions
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or comparable field, OR 2 additional years of equivalent work experience in database development and administration.
- You have 3-6 years of experience in database development and database administration, which must include 2 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
- You have direct experience in developing and maintaining reports using Microsoft SSRS.
