The IT Director will provide strategic leadership to ensure delivery of IT system integrations as a result of acquisitions. Lead large matrixed team of associates and contractor resources to accomplish organizational objectives and goals. Manage multi-million dollar budget to ensure effective controls on expenditures and compliance with accounting guidelines. Analyze and determine change impacts to functional team and business clients. Provide routine and on-demand communications to executives and partners on the performance of business applications.

Responsibilities:
Manage project teams to develop and execute on integration plans.
- Manage associates to ensure their success and development.
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback to business partners on performance of business applications
- Manage the budget
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure value of products and services delivered. Manage matrixed teams

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Info Tech, System Engineers, Business or related field
- 1 year of experience in Strategy Development
- 5 years of experience in People Management
- 2 years of experience leading large scale IT projects
- 5 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT
- 5 years of experience in Strategy Development
- 5 years of experience in IT Program Delivery
- 10 Years of experience in People Management
