This position is responsible for providing in-depth financial reporting, operational reporting and outcome analysis, as well as assisting with market analysis and budget development.

This position is not responsible for providing care to patients.

Responsibilities:

- Supports new product development.
- Develops and maintains effective collaborative working relationships with both internal and external clients, business partners, and vendors.
- Supports the attainment of established milestones, and adherence to predetermined time lines, for projects.
- Works with the leadership team to devise and implement marketing strategies and tactics, to expand market adoption of product lines.
- Provides data and financial analysis to clinical program, hospital and health sciences management, and leadership.
- Performs program and operations analysis on cost, reimbursement, profitability of service lines, programs, and procedures.
- Analyzes and audits cost data, patient level financial data, and other statistics.
- Implements, and potentially leads, performance improvement initiatives.
- Assists in the preparation and evaluation of special projects.
- Participates within a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- Demonstrated potential ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above.
- Demonstrated leadership, management, human relations and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of information technology, database systems, and data reporting tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Excel, Access, and other IT applications.
- Demonstrated contract negotiations and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing working relationships.

Qualifications:

Required

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business finance, and accounting, or a related field, or equivalency.
- Four years experience in a similar position.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Preferred

- A Master's Business Administration, or equivalency.
