Serves as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of the Services IT programs in the GE Healthcare Surgery business. The major IT Services programs planned for 2013 include the implementation of the new Siebel CRM for the US Service teams and the deployment of Salesforce.com for the US Service sales team. Essential Responsibilities:
- Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program

- Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management

- Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s)

- Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s)

- Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization

- Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the successful transition to support and maintenance teams Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience with process quality methodology

- Demonstrated program management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication

- Project management experience in global environments

- Coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of IT service delivery and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority

- Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

- Demonstrated ability to excel in a global Matrix organization

- Strong leadership skills

- Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

- BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent

- Minimum eight years IT experience with 4 years in project/program management or equivalent

- Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions

- Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them Additional Eligibility Qualifications: GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
