Description

Key Role:

Serve as a key member of the planning team for the US Air Force network warfare operations. Analyze multiple data sources to generate necessary reports to present to senior audiences. Operate and improve on existing tools, provide support and training to the client in the operation of models that support readiness program operations, and ensure compliance with governing Air Force instructions. Analyze and reconcile program data and develop program reports and recommendations for improvements regarding the readiness program and strategic reporting capabilities. Conduct readiness reporting and deployment planning activities and develop and maintain readiness program tracking and delivery of requisite support to global units and mission. Interact with geographically-separated units and host-based support elements to ensure services are provided to units and enable the execution of the wing's full-spectrum network warfare and information assurance missions. Develop, review, and prepare documentation, provide guidance for strategic planning activities, and prepare ad hoc briefs and reports for senior management personnel to summarize findings.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with developing or implementing requirements and policy at operational levels
-Experience with document review and analysis of policy and procedures
-Experience with planning and facilitating training and strategic planning activities
-Experience with analyzing technical processes and functions, documenting findings, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
-TS/SCI clearance

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Air Force and DoD readiness reporting requirements and systems
-Experience as an Air Force unit deployment manager
-Experience with federal government consulting preferred
-Experience with military deployment preferred
-Possession of excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree preferred
-DoD 8570 Compliance Certification preferred
