What you'll do:

You'll be part of a team working on various projects including new product (tool) development for eDiscovery, data †mining†solutions. You'll also be responsible for enhancements and issue resolution (bug fixes) to existing software tools, and for helping to document and support these tools.

- Develop new web based software using: Visual C#, SQL Server †TSQL, .NET Visual Studio, Table development, normalization, etc.,
- Provide analysis of requirements and feature design initiatives to assist in project planning of design initiatives
- Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production
- Work with the SQA team on defect resolution
- Seek and participate in personal development opportunities to maintain a detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and RDC business needs
- Train and mentor other developers on engineering best practices

What you need:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience developing software products on either Windows or Linux platforms (Windows preferred)
- 3+ years of C# .NET experience with an emphasis on creating database driven web applications
- 2+ years enterprise development experience or product development
- A solid working knowledge of at least three of the following: C, C++, Java, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SVN, Oracle, MSSQL, Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse IDE and JBOSS
