Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Performs analysis of current and future state to determine business gaps and areas of opportunity. Defines competencies for business units to include the design of high level capabilities and roadmap frameworks (people/process/technology). This role will partner with leaders to develop and/or improve strategies to include the development of S.M.A.R.T. goals/objectives. This role will actively design business policies and process, develop and deploy training programs, and focus on continuous improvement in support of strategic priorities. This role will lead cross functional project efforts to ensure strategic alignment, engagement, integration and effectiveness across business units in reaching operational success.

, JOB COMPLEXITY: Prioritizes business and project requirements. Defines high level competencies and strategy. Performs planning to determine roadmap for execution. Develops project maps and milestones. Leads project team in adhering to timelines. Provides communication internally within the department and externally to the rest of the business. Defines and documents process flows. Collaborates with customers to identify areas in which efficiencies can be gained. Assists in developing and documenting current and future state process maps. Develops/Improves technical documentation, training programs and facilitates associated training. Helps establish framework for business operations reports for various functional areas. Tracks and performs business operations reporting and analytics needs. Develops business cases for new tools and resources.

Job Requirements

, SUPERVISION: Operates under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

, EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor,s degree required. 4 - 6 years experience in a business operations environment, program/project management or process improvement required. 2 years of business operations analysis, strategy development and/or curriculum development required.

, PHYSICAL DEMANDS: General office environment. Low levels of stress may occur when solving internal customer issues. May require long periods sitting and viewing a computer monitor. No special physical demands required.
