This challenging position supports our field I/T infrastructure that creates a critical competitive advantage for our sales, manufacturing and distribution operations. This field based role keeps our field operations teams selling soda by working closely with the engineering and implementation teams to drive and support the technologies that enable our business. As the Technical Support Analyst, this person will deploy and maintain all desktop/laptop computers and printers, assist in the installation of software applications, and troubleshoot and resolve all hardware/software issues that disrupt business operations. As a valued member of the Business Information Solutions team, this individual will also manage and execute all national and regional IT initiatives while adhering to customer focused Service Level Agreements.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have well developed analytical/PC troubleshooting skills and a minimum of 5 years desktop and printer support experience. This professional must be self-motivated and participate enthusiastically in a high powered team environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. Experience as a LAN Administrator or Support Analyst in a large Microsoft environment and proven remote support skills are a plus. Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft technologies and experience providing second level support for: Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, HP printers, and Wireless Networking. Qualifying candidates must be willing and able to travel 15-20% of the time and have flexible hours (occasional nights or weekends).
