Description

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations, specifically around Cloud-computing technologies and architectural patterns and demonstrate experience in designing and implementing system integration efforts, blending COTS, GOTS, and custom development tools to deliver a customer solution. Architect a next generation C2 system for a Navy client and solutions that integrate existing and new capabilities to enable mission requirements. Leverage a broad range of technologies, including Cloud-computing, such as IAAS, SAAS, PAAS, and big data, service oriented architecture (SOA) patterns, COTS, GOTS, and custom development. Participate in client engagements in the strategic analysis, planning, and execution of IT-enabled business solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with technical delivery, including Java development and design, COTS implementation, and systems integration
-7+ years of experience with developing applications, using XML
-Experience with Cloud computing, including SAAS, PAAS, and big data concepts and patterns
-Experience writing proposals and identifying/capturing new opportunities
-Ability to think critically and analytically in an enterprise and "systems of systems" environment
-Ability to provide career management to staff
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with REST and SOAP-based Web services
-Experience with Ozone widget framework
-Experience with DoD, IC, and Navy C4ISR systems
-Experience with leading SDLC projects with Agile methodologies
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
