What you will be doing:
- Set strategic direction for the company
- Develop strategic plans and direction for control of product development activities
- Formulate long term objectives and standards of performance for IT department
- Drive department to achieve objectives and complete projects within budgets and deadlines
- Provide technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project management, for product development
- Hire and direct staff to meet scheduled commitments
- Implementation of formal processes to support product development
- Drive product development team to exceed customer requirements
Must Have Skills & Experience:
Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software leadership and technology. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with a dynamic atmosphere and rapidly expanding customer base. Organized and analytical thinkers thrive here, you must be able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Mortgage Industry Experience
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Good understanding of design/architecture
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Strong knowledge of internal business software applications
- Experience with Ellie Mae -Encompass 360 software is a BIG plus!
