What you need for this position:
- 1 + years experience in RFIC/Analog Layout design
- Must have strong skills in Device Matching, minimization of parasitic and improving isolation
- Strong knowledge of Cadence and Verification tools using a UNIX Workstation
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication process
Experience in the following are pluses:
- Mask preparation and interfacing with fabs
- Power Amplifier Layout
What you'll be doing:
- Layout of block and top level RFIC analog circuits.
- Verification of layout - DRC/LVS/ERC/parasitic extraction
- Schedule estimation of layout activities.
