The Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering will lead the systems engineering team responsible for extending and executing a strategy for providing infrastructure services for the Global operations.
- Provides leadership, direction, guidance and mentoring to all Team Leads and Members of assigned areas
- Expertly analyzes the demands on the team(s) and establishes priorities
- Responsible for providing appropriate time tracking, trend analysis, work breakdown reporting and other measurements for assigned areas
- Building effective teams that understand how they impact the organization
- May manage budgetary responsibilities for assigned areas

Education/Experience Preferred
- Four year college degree in Computer Science or other related field
- Six years plus experience in managing networks, servers, database systems or other infrastructural based technologies
- Four years of leading a team or experience leading others
- Three years of strategic planning for assigned area
- Two years of Project Management
- Two years of Resource Management experience
- One year of managing budgetary needs for assigned area
- Leadership training
- Exposure to diversity and appropriate workplace training or processes
- Exposure to effective public speaking training
